Taylor Clarke

Taylor Clarke is a trusted advisor to individuals, businesses, and professionals. He has particular experience working with pharmacies and pharmacists.

Taylor’s practice is focused on administrative, or public law. Administrative law involves disputes between people and the powers who govern and regulate them, including specialized tribunals. Taylor also has a broad range of civil litigation experience, including employment law.

Taylor has appeared before the Passenger Transportation Board, the Employment Standards Tribunal, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, and at all levels of Court in British Columbia.

Taylor was called to the Bar in 2014 after articling at a boutique litigation and public law firm. In 2021, he joined Pettit and Company.

Taylor lives on Commercial Drive in Vancouver. He grew up on the North Shore before moving to Halifax to begin law school.
